Platform architecture

Five layers, from the edge where calls arrive to the AI that understands them. Every layer runs on your infrastructure and connects through open standards.

The layers

One platform, five layers.

Follow a call

What happens to one call, step by step.

01Arrives

The call reaches the session border controller over a SIP trunk, an IP phone or an analog line.

02Routed

iFlux Contact Centre or Unified Communications sends it to the right agent or extension.

03Recorded

iFlux Recorder captures both sides in stereo with agent, direction and transfer details.

04Sealed

The recording is encrypted the moment it is saved, with its own key from CoreSec KMS.

05Understood

CoreCx AI Hub transcribes it, scores quality and makes it searchable.

06Retained

It is kept, held or archived under your policy, and every access is audited.

Design principles

Built the same way across every product.

01

Open standards

SIP, SIPREC, REST, SNMP, syslog, LDAP and SAML. Nothing proprietary to lock you in.

02

Keys at the centre

Every recording and every migrated file gets its own key, held by your custodians.

03

AI beside the data

Speech and language models run next to the recordings. Audio is never sent elsewhere to be processed.

04

One base, offline

Every appliance runs CoreCx EL and installs from a signed offline bundle, with or without internet.

For healthcare

Hospital group architecture

For hospital groups, the same layers run inside the group’s network, with CoreCx HealthForce added as a virtual receptionist and revenue assistant for every branch.

Healthcare solutions
  • Virtual receptionist. CoreCx HealthForce answers for every hospital in the group and connects to the hospital information system
  • Revenue. Screening packages, follow-ups and bill reminders are driven from the same assistant
  • Patient lines. iFlux Recorder records patient and appointment lines, sealed with the group’s own keys
  • Boundary. Patient data stays inside the group’s network
